About the ShinKicker

There really is not much to say about me. I am a 23 yr old personal trainer who lives and works in Fredericton NB Canada. My reason for getting into fitness comes from life long involvement in Martial Arts. I have studied various arts such as karate, kickboxing/muay thai, wrestling, grappling, boxing and krav maga. I also played the usual sports through my time in school such as soccer, basketball and rugby.

I have won numerous titles and championships through martial arts. Most of these have been at the black belt level or higher and at National or International level competetions. Also, I have trained with some of the biggest names in the sports history, such as Jean-Yves Theriault (Great guy, by the way!)

I am also investigating the option of pursuing a career in Professional Boxing or MMA. But, maybe more details on that later.

Education wise, I graduated high school in 2005. Went to St Thomas University to study political science and human rights. Lost interest in the degree about half way through and chose to take time off to figure out what I actually want to do with my life.

Beyond that I do have other interests in video/pc games, reading, MMA(Mixed Martial Arts), gardening, tropical fish and etc.
